Look within for lasting change
Understand the underlying patterns shaping your relationships, emotional life, and sense of self
Understand the underlying patterns shaping your relationships, emotional life, and sense of self
If you have previously tried therapy and found that the changes didn’t last, you may be seeking a path to emotional growth that goes beyond mere symptom management. Psychodynamic therapy is designed to uncover the underlying patterns that influence your feelings, relationships, and self-perception. I work within a collaborative and trusting therapeutic relationship to identify and explore the recurring dynamics that contribute to anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and other forms of emotional suffering.
Instead of rushing to eliminate challenging emotions, we approach them with curiosity. Emotions like anxiety or depression often carry significant meaning and are crucial for self-discovery. Together, we will explore how these patterns developed, the purposes they may have served, and why they continue to persist.
Recognizing that these patterns take years to form, meaningful change and emotional growth require time. My role is to remain engaged and curious throughout the process, helping you to understand yourself more fully. This understanding allows new ways of living and relating to gradually emerge.

I provide psychodynamic therapy and psychoanalytic psychotherapy to clients in Yardley, PA as well as online sessions across Pennsylvania and New Jersey for adults seeking emotional growth and a deeper understanding of themselves, their relationships, and the patterns influencing their emotional lives. I believe that meaningful and lasting change is achievable when we embark on the journey of self-discovery and gain a fuller understanding of ourselves.
I hold a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Bellevue University and am currently a candidate in the advanced psychoanalytic program at the New Jersey Institute for Training in Psychoanalysis. In my practice, I address various issues including chronic anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, and the impacts of moderate to severe trauma.
